Landfill levies and better recycling technologies are pushing this Queensland enterprise to acquire $60 million worth of recycling assets across Brisbane. The new business, RINO, stems from a joint venture between Alceon QLD and the Brisbane Recycling Consortium, and says that its operations will improve waste management efficiency and recycling recovery rates.
